载体资源检索｜Property Search 集成 GIS 空间检索能力，汇聚厂房、仓库、研发楼宇、办公载体、产业用地等资源，支持按片区、物业类型、参数条件多维度筛选，直观查看载体基础信息、区位与配套，支持预约实地踏勘。
智能政策匹配｜Policy Matching 汇聚自贸区及临港新片区全量产业、人才、财税、贸易、金融类政策库。依托企业画像智能算法，根据行业、投资规模、经营模式自动筛选适配扶持政策，输出政策解读与申报指引，降低政策研究成本。
项目对接服务｜Project Liaison 线上提交投资意向后，平台完成需求梳理与资源初匹配，指派专属产业顾问跟进，联动园区、载体方开展对接洽谈，打通意向沟通、方案输出、实地尽调、落地跟进的闭环对接通道。
招商活动与路演｜Investment Events 集中发布产业推介会、项目路演、政策宣讲、产业沙龙等活动预告与回放，支持线上报名、供需直播对接，搭建投资方、园区、产业链企业线下与线上交流对接场景。

Services
Based on the cross-zone industrial resource database and intelligent engine of Shanghai FTZ, the platform provides six core digital investment service modules. We support investors throughout the whole cycle: preliminary research, site evaluation, policy analysis, project docking, event participation and settlement support.
Industrial Atlas It sorts out leading industries, industrial chains, key clusters and leading enterprises across the six zones of Shanghai FTZ. The platform visualizes upstream and downstream supply chains, priority investment tracks and industrial opportunities, helping investors understand the industrial ecosystem efficiently.
Property Search Equipped with GIS spatial search, it collects factories, warehouses, R&D buildings, offices and industrial land. Multi-dimensional filters by zone, property type and technical parameters are available. Users can view property profiles and make appointments for site visits.
Policy Matching The platform maintains a full library of industrial, talent, fiscal, trade and financial policies for Shanghai FTZ and Lingang New Area. Supported by enterprise profiling algorithms, it automatically screens eligible incentives according to industry, investment scale and business model, with interpretation and application guidance.
Project Liaison After investment intent submission, the platform sorts requirements and carries out preliminary matching. Dedicated industrial consultants will coordinate communication with parks and property owners, covering consultation, proposal delivery, due diligence and follow-up.
Investment Events Release previews and replays of investment briefings, project roadshows, policy workshops and industrial salons. Online registration and live matching are available to connect investors, parks and industrial partners both online and offline.
Service Ecosystem A curated pool of qualified service providers covering company registration, finance & tax, legal counsel, customs declaration, international logistics, park operation and talent services. Enterprises can select partners to support incorporation and ongoing operation.
