英文正文： China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone is the first pilot free trade zone in China. It undertakes the mission of pioneering institutional opening-up, advancing reforms in investment, trade, finance and supervision, and building a world-class market-oriented, law-based and international business environment.
The Shanghai FTZ consists of six coordinated zones: Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, Jinqiao Zone, Zhangjiang Zone, Lujiazui Financial Zone, Yangshan Special Comprehensive Bonded Zone and Lingang New Area. Each zone follows a differentiated positioning. Waigaoqiao focuses on international trade and bonded services; Jinqiao features advanced manufacturing; Zhangjiang supports scientific innovation and R&D; Lujiazui serves as a financial hub; Yangshan specializes in shipping trade and special bonded supervision; Lingang New Area carries out higher-level opening-up initiatives. Together they form an interconnected ecosystem with complementary functions.
Benefiting from differentiated policies, the FTZ delivers opening dividends covering market access, cross-border trade facilitation, cross-border capital flow, high-end talent support, compliant data circulation and innovative customs supervision.
